Dawson Design Associates renovates Sheraton Delfina Santa Monica

Sheraton Delfina Santa Monica, part of Viceroy Hotel Group’s Urban Retreat Collection and owned by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, unveiled a complete renovation of its 310 guestrooms, penthouse ballroom, lobby lounge and public spaces with interiors by designer Andrea Dawson.

The lobby now features wood floors and contemporary living room seating. The décor in the Sheraton Delfina guestrooms features different shades of blues and grays, with retro floor lamps, oversized white lacquered mirrors, and floor to ceiling white patent leather headboards. Additionally, scenes of the beach community’s past are featured in a gallery of images. Custom designed wall coverings and fabrics are also available.

Bathrooms are finished in white marble floors with chrome hardware, and equipped with rain-style showerheads. The four room types (traditional, deluxe, club level and junior suites) all include in-room amenities such as Sweet Sleeper beds, flat-screen TVs, high-speed Internet access and digital safes.

The look of the hotel’s penthouse level ballroom was also refurbished. As Santa Monica city’s only roof top space, this ballroom features classic interiors, glass chandeliers and handmade custom wool carpets from Spain that feature stylized classical motifs.
