Decorative piece: Alan Gilles’ X-Ray sofa

Belgian designer Alan Gilles launched the X-Ray sofa, part of French brand La Chance’s 2015 collection. Characterized by its tubular steel frame, the X-Ray sofa has four large cushions supported by a brightly-colored timber and steel frame that forms a decorative grid pattern on the back of the sofa. It is available in two- and three-seater versions, and comes in a selection of Kvadrat fabrics or Aniline leather.
