Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts signs new resort in Sichuan Province

A second management agreement was signed between Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts and Panzhihua Pulongda Real Estate Development to develop the 150-room Dusit Princess Resort in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province.

Due to open in 2016, the Dusit Princess Resort Panzhihua, Sichuan will be the city’s first international resort. The property will have 112 rooms with outdoor gardens. The property will also have an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge and three function rooms.

For recreation, the property will have a range of facilities, including a gymnasium, dance studio, kids’ club and activity room. There will also be a medical center within the resort, which will offer Traditional Chinese Medicine services.

The property will be located within a mixed-use complex, near hot springs facilities, sports venues, a golf course, luxury residential blocks, a hospital, school and a theme park inspired by mango orchards.
