First Finish renovates lobby at Mt. Laurel Courtyard by Marriott

First Finish Inc., a Maryland-based hospitality general contractor has successfully completed the implementation of the new lobby prototype at the Courtyard by Marriott, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

The new lobby features flexible spaces to work or relax in, free Wi-Fi with easy access to the latest news, weather and airport updates via the “Go Board”. Another highlight of the lobby is “The Bistro: Eat. Drink. Connect” which provides healthy food & beverages options in the morning and dinner service with cocktails.

Mr. Mike Etherton, Vice President, Mark G Anderson Consultant hired as the owner’s project manager recently commented on the performance of First Finish Inc. during the renovation:

“First Finish is a contractor you can rely on. They place the client's needs first when working in occupied spaces. The high priority placed on safety measures and cleanliness provide for a non-disruptive construction site. First Finish works closely with the owner's project team to provide a project that is on time and on budget.”

The success of this renovation was attributed to tireless planning and skillful execution. The project duration was eight weeks and involved constant guest traffic, addressing code violations, and many other factors common in prototype implementations.
