GAD-imagined Nikki Beach Resort & Spa to open in Turkey

Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, a division of Nikki Beach Worldwide, announced the slated opening in 2014 of the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Bodrum, a luxury lifestyle beach front boutique hotel imagined by GAD, the New York and Istanbul based architectural firm.

Spanning over 430,000 square feet of peninsula, the property will offer views of the Torba Bay, Mediterranean Sea and nearby islands. Designed to blend into its natural surroundings and setting, the property - as per the visions of entrepreneur Jack Penrod, founder and owner of Nikki Beach Worldwide - will exude “modern contemporary features” using local details and materials.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Bodrum will have 57 suites and villas, with private pools and decks; an infinity edge pool with unobstructed views of the bay; Café Nikki, a bistro; and The Sunset Lounge. The property will also include 3,767 square feet of indoor and outdoor conference space featuring a terrace and views of the sea.

Both the Nikki Spa by ESPA and Tone Fitness, the on-site fitness facility, have over 10,764 square feet of space. Among the hotels' other facilities, guests will have access to two of the sandy beaches in the rocky Bodrum area and also to an exclusive deck that provides dinghy service to accommodate yachters.

Staple to all Nikki Beach properties around the world, the Beach Club at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Bodrum will similarly boast Nikki Privé, an ultra-VIP lounge.

Nikki Beach was launched in 1998. Today, it is now a luxury brand comprising of a Beach Club Division; a Nikki Beach Lifestyle Division (including an exclusive branding and clothing line found at the boutiques located at all Nikki Beach locations, a music label and Nikki Style Magazine, a publication produced three times a year); a global sponsorships and special events division; and a hotels and resorts division.

Nikki Beach is present in 11 cities, in eight different countries. The hotels and resorts division has a current location in Koh Samui, Thailand, and over the next three years will be opening properties in Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Thailand and Lebanon.
