Graham Downes Architecture redesigns Riviera Hotel and Casino

Design and architecture firm Graham Downes Architecture was selected to redesign the iconic Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev.

Graham Downes Architecture has been selected to renovate the hotel entrance, exterior façade, lobby and pool area in phases with an anticipated completion of Spring 2013.

An estimated $18-million renovation, the hotel features a 23-story tower that houses 2,100 rooms and 270,000 square feet of gaming, meeting and event space in the casino.

Graham Downes is the lead designer and principal-in-charge for the firm on this project, with Marianne Berg as project manager and Victor Navarro as project designer.
