Grand Hyatt New York completes multi-phase renovation

The Grand Hyatt New York has finished off a top-to-bottom $130-million renovation that included a redesign of its 1,306 guestrooms and suites, as well as a reworking of the New York Central restaurant, a transformed lobby and mezzanine and a revitalization of ballrooms and the food outlet, Market. The hotel commissioned artists and designers to update the public spaces of the hotel, with multiple works by sculptor Jaume Plensa positioned in the hotel lobby.
