Hard Rock International opened the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs. This is California's second Hard Rock Hotel, and it is owned by Andy Carpiac of Kittridge Realty.
Mister Important Design, which was founded in 2005 by Charles Doell, did the interiors of the property.
Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs is a music-inspired resort offering 163 luxury guestrooms, a pool and entertainment scene with DJs spinning every weekend, plus dining and events venues in the heart of the Downtown Palm Springs.
The rooms measure 475 square feet, and have wireless Internet connectivity; flat screen TVs; “Sleep Like a Rock” bedding and towels; “Rock Spa” bath amenities; custom furniture and selected artwork; balconies or terraces; mini bar and fridge; and Herman Miller chairs.
The hotel also offers a list of amenities, including the interactive “Sound of Your Stay” amenity, where guests can rock out with hands-on music experiences. Other music-inspired amenities include a VIP Rock Star Suite, a Rock Spa, a Body Rock workout facility and the Rock Shop that features Hard Rock's collectible merchandise.
