Highly functional: Flai by Kaschkasch for Müller Möbelwerkstätten

Cologne-based Kaschkasch launched a new modular bed design with German manufacturer Müller Möbelwerkstätten.  Called “Flai”, the bed boasts a minimalistic but design. The floating design is completed by five add-on components made from simple bent metal sheets. Modules include a bedside table with a drawer and a selection of removable trays for storing typical bedside items such as glasses, bottles, books, cellphones and pills. The bed is available to order in white and anthracite colorways.

Launched in 1869 in Bockhorn (Friesland, Lower Saxony) Müller Möbelwerkstätten is a German manufacturer of contemporary furniture. Working with designers such as Rolf Heide, Jan Armgardt or Siegfried Bensinger, the company’s portfolio includes designs such as the stacking bed by Rolf Heide.
