Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek opens

Denver—The Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek made its formal debut on Tuesday, March 16. A grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony inaugurated the restored landmark, formerly the Cherry Creek Inn, into service. Stonebridge Companies President and CEO, Navin Dimond along with Glendale Mayor Larry Harte presided over the event that was attended by members of the media and the public.

Amid the festivities which included a martini bar with a cosmopolitan theme, Mr. Dimond expressed his hope for the newly flagged Hilton hotel. “We anticipate that the Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek will be a lodging, retail and dining asset to the Glendale and Cherry Creek communities for many years to come.”

The ambitious multi-million dollar project required that the entire eight-story structure be gutted and rebuilt. After months of work, the Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek now offers 210 chic yet comfortable guest rooms, 4,200 square feet of meeting space, a full service restaurant, and 11,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of Denver.

Located at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Cherry Creek Drive, the Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek is ideally situated for business and leisure activities. The hotel is within walking distance of the upscale Cherry Creek Mall and a short distance from downtown Denver, offering guests easy access to the best dining, shopping and entertainment options in Denver, Colorado.

Adding to the urban milieu is the Great American Grill, the hotel’s in-house signature restaurant and three well-recognized eateries on the ground level. Café Rio features fresh dishes from the Rio Grande region of the Southwest. The Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill serves a selection of exotic favorites that include hummus, falafel, chicken, and steak shwarmas, using only fresh ingredients. And the well-known Panera Bread offers sandwiches, soups and salads on their handmade freshly baked breads.

All guest rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, complimentary wireless high-speed internet access, in-room coffee and tea, microwaves, refrigerators, and the Hilton Garden Sleep system. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center and room service. For the business traveler rooms feature Herman Miller Mirra chairs for the desks, secure guest remote printing, and a twenty-four hour Business Center. Parking for Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek guests is complimentary.
