Denver—The Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek made its formal debut on Tuesday, March 16. A grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony inaugurated the restored landmark, formerly the Cherry Creek Inn, into service. Stonebridge Companies President and CEO, Navin Dimond along with Glendale Mayor Larry Harte presided over the event that was attended by members of the media and the public.
Amid the festivities which included a martini bar with a cosmopolitan theme, Mr. Dimond expressed his hope for the newly flagged Hilton hotel. “We anticipate that the Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek will be a lodging, retail and dining asset to the Glendale and Cherry Creek communities for many years to come.”
The ambitious multi-million dollar project required that the entire eight-story structure be gutted and rebuilt. After months of work, the Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek now offers 210 chic yet comfortable guest rooms, 4,200 square feet of meeting space, a full service restaurant, and 11,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of Denver.
