The Hilton New York Fashion District Opens In NYC

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has opened The Hilton New York Fashion District, a new, full-service hotel located on West 26th Street off of 7th Avenue, near the Empire State Building, Macy’s Herald Square, the Fashion Institute of Technology, Madison Square Garden, and the Chelsea Piers.

The Hilton New York Fashion District hotel has 280 guestrooms appointed with modern design elements as well as wireless Internet access, a large work desk with an ergonomic chair, a laptop-size safe and upscale amenities, including a 37-inch LG flat screen television, Keurig coffee maker, iHome Docking Station Alarm Clock and cordless telephones.

The new property is marked by a glass and brick hotel tower and a grand lobby featuring mannequins and decor highlighting the history of the garment industry. The Rare Bar and Grill is the hotel’s upscale burger concept, located adjacent to the lobby and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner while Rare View is the hotel’s rooftop bar and lounge set above the 22nd floor under the Manhattan skyline.

Guests will also discover 24-hour room-service, a 24-hour fitness center and a 24-hour automated business center in additional to a collection of artwork displayed throughout the property.
