Hilton plans to increase India presence to 50 hotels

Hilton Worldwide has plans to operate 50 hotels in the next five years across Asia. This initiative will include the launching of Conrad and Waldorf Astoria in the country, as well.

"We expect to increase our presence in the country to 14 hotels by the end of next year and 50 hotels in the next five years," a Hilton Worldwide spokesperson told the Economic Times.

This year alone India has doubled its properties in India. Currently the Hilton brands in the country are Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton and Hampton.
