Holdrich Architekten designs InterCityHotel in Bavaria, Germany

InterCityHotel will be opening a new property in Ingolstadt in Bavaria at the end of 2013, an area considered an important center of the German automobile industry. The hotel, to be named InterCityHotel Ingolstadt, will be located close to the city's main railway station and will offer 144 rooms, each of which will be over 215 square feet in size. A modern BistroLounge will enhance the services on offer by providing a restaurant outlet.

The hotel was designed by the Munich-based company Höldrich Architekten, while interior design came from Dreesen & Partner from Düsseldorf and Büro Burbacher.

The project investor is JP Commercial XII S. à. R. l. of Luxembourg. Project management will be the responsibility of CONCEPT.PRO Baumanagement GmbH in Berlin. The new InterCityHotel Ingolstadt will be operated by InterCityHotel GmbH, based in Frankfurt.

This is the 36th establishment to be opened by InterCityHotel GmbH.
