Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Cikini eyes 2014 opening in Indonesia

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and PT Imesco Sejahtera Utama signed an agreement to develop Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Cikini. The property is slated to open in 2014.

In line with IHG’s expansion plans in Indonesia, the 212-room hotel is part of a pipeline of 13 Holiday Inn Express hotels slated to open in the country, out of a total of 19 scheduled to open in Southeast Asia over the next few years.

Holiday Inn Express was first launched globally in 1991, and there are now 2,222 Holiday Inn Express hotels currently open worldwide. There are 37 hotels in development in the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region alone.

Situated along Jalan Cikini Raya in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Cikini is located in close proximity to the Central Business District.
