The prestigious award was presented at the IHG Annual Investors and Leadership Conference in Dallas last week.

The hotel was just one of 15 Holiday Inn Express properties to be recognized for its renovation. BayStar Hotel Group LLC. invested approximately $2.5 million in the following renovations to the seven-story property:
Total renovation of the entire 200-room Hotel- All guest corridors completely renovated- Adding free high speed internet in all rooms and public areas- The meeting space and commercial areas completely renovated
