Holiday Inn Houston completes $9M renovation

Aimbridge Hospitality completed the $9 million renovation of Holiday Inn Houston NRG/Medical Center Area located in Houston, Texas. The renovation transformed all areas of the hotel, including all 238 guestrooms, renewed bathrooms that now have new tiling and fixtures, a full lobby renovation that saw the addition of a new bar and restaurant concept, new exterior lighting and landscaping. There is also a new self-serve mini mart, as well as a new outdoor swimming pool area complete with poolside dining and an improved bar area.

The main lobby was updated with new finishes, lighting, furnishings and public restrooms. The lobby also has Sidelines Bar, which is adjacent to the atrium. Sidelines Bar has a 70-inch flat-panel TV and outdoor seating.

The hotel’s restaurant, Trellis, was also updated.
