Hotel Hermosa undergoes $4M renovation

Pacifica Hotels announced the renovation of Hotel Hermosa on Pacific Coast Highway in Hermosa Beach, Calif. The hotel will remain open to guests during the renovation which is scheduled to be completed in early January 2016.

The $4-million renovation will include a facelift to all guestrooms, lobby and common areas. Upon completion of the overhaul, the lobby will have additional lounge seating, work stations and ocean views. Meanwhile, the 4,800 square foot patio will offer coastline views, bocce ball, fire pits and a selection of local brews and wines for sale.

Guestrooms will have a collection of new textures, bedding and pops of orange. Overall, the renovations will bring a modern vibe to the property.
