HVScompass Design renamed HVS Design

An international hospitality interior design firm announced today that it is rebranding to reflect its growth and a broader range of services. HVScompass Design will now be HVS Design.

"HVS Design is a more accurate depiction of all our capabilities within the areas of hotel design," said Jonathan C. Nehmer, AIA, ISHC, managing principal of HVS Design. "Besides offering worldwide, hospitality-focused interior design services, we also provide interior architecture, due diligence studies, and property condition assessments for asset acquisition. The name change reflects the broader scope of our design and design-related services."

HVS Design focuses in the renovation and restoration of existing hotels and in the development of new ones. They have been responsible for
designing hundreds of hotels, resorts, and conference centers throughout the United States and in many international locations, including the
Caribbean, Asia, Central and South America, and Europe.

With offices in Washington, DC and Boston, MA, HVS Design takes a pioneering approach to the design process - blending the creativity and
imagination of an experienced hospitality design firm with the worldwide services expertise of HVS, the leading global consulting and services
organization focused on the hotel, restaurant, shared ownership, gaming, and leisure industries.

The principals of the firm include Jonathan Nehmer, AIA, ISHC, Warren G. Feldman, AIA, and Steve Rushmore of HVS, working alongside of the design principals, Brooke Pearsall, ASID and Jasmine Rai. Their combined years of specialization in the areas of Interior Design, Architecture, Hotel
Appraisal, Operations, and Finance uniquely qualify them to create a project that functions well and is aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective.

HVS Design is currently working on several noteworthy hotel projects throughout the United States and in several international locations. All
contact information for the firm, including the firm's phone numbers and mailing addresses, will remain the same. The new website can be found
