Indidesign re-styles Hyatt Regency La Jolla in San Diego, California

Hyatt Regency La Jolla completed a $12-million renovation. The transformation included a makeover of the property's 417 guestrooms and suites to complement the lobby, public areas and meeting space. The hotel is located within the Aventine in La Jolla.

The restyled rooms were envisioned by Indidesign. The improvements includ redesigned bathrooms and bedrooms with a contemporary, coastal aesthetic accented in colors of blues, greys and yellows. The rooms have new lighting fixtures and furnishings, including chairs, ottomans, headboards and TV stands. The bathrooms have all new fixtures and finishes, including glass mosaic tiles, and white porcelain sinks with stainless steel faucets and hardware.

Set on 11 acres in La Jolla, Calif., the Hyatt Regency La Jolla has 417 updated guestrooms, the 32,000-square-foot Sporting Club and spa, gourmet restaurant row, and 32,000 square feet of function space. The hotel is located near beaches, shopping, dining, galleries and visitor attractions such as the Stephen Birch Aquarium & Museum, kayaking, live theater, and shopping at boutiques. Business travelers have access to business pods, while fitness buffs can use a 1,300-square-foot StayFit fitness center, as well as an outdoor stretching area with medicine balls, resistance bands, and yoga mats.
