PHOENIX -- The InnSuites Boutique Hotel Collection expanded from its first Hotel Trinity/DFW in March 2008 with 168 rooms and suites, to 33 boutique collection hotels today with 3,574 rooms and suites.

The InnSuites Boutique Hotel Collection, a division of InnSuites Hospitality Trust, ranks among the world’s 60 largest hotel chains. The hotel chain was founded in the Phoenix, Ariz., area in 1980. InnSuites Boutique Hotel Collection was founded in 2008 with the Hotel Trinity/DFW InnSuites Boutique Collection Suite Hotel. The early success was proven with Dallas/Fort Worth Gross Operating Profits increasing $444,000 in the first 12 months of operation in spite of the worst economy since the 1930’s. Over the past two years, the InnSuites Boutique Collection has grown to 27 unique boutique hotels and is among the fastest growing “Flags” based on merely a nominal 15 percent fee for actual InnSuites Boutique Collection reservations bookings, no initial fee, no PIP, no hassle.
