Jacki Arena, Collective Construction update Residence Inn Tallahassee

Residence Inn Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol completed a $1.5-million renovation project that saw changes made to the property’s guest suites, lobby, public spaces and conference center. Helping in the project were Jacki Arena Interiors and Collective Construction & Design.

The property now has 135 updated suites with separate areas for living, working, dining and sleeping. The rooms have kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves and dishwashers, as well as desks with ergonomic chairs and complimentary wireless Internet access. Other elements include the Marriott bedding while and flat panel TVs.

Following the renovation, the property now has 4,200 square feet of meeting and event space, allowing it to accommodate up to 250 guests.

The additional steps are meant to ensure the long-term success of its owners as COVID-19 restrictions begin to ease and guests return to hotels.
