JN+A and HVS Design to oversee first two Even hotels

Jonathan Nehmer + Associates (JN+A) and HVS Design were selected to work on the first two Even hotel conversions in Rockville, Md., and Norwalk, Conn.

JN+A is providing project management services for the Even Hotel in Rockville, Md. This former Holiday Inn Express has 167 rooms on seven floors. RTKL is providing architecture and interior design services for this conversion.

JN+A and HVS Design are providing turnkey architecture, interior design, and project management services for the EVEN hotel in Norwalk, Connecticut. The hotel, a former Four Points by Sheraton, has 129 guestrooms on four floors.

Both Even Rockville and Even Norwalk are owned by InterContinental Hotel Group.
