Krause + Sawyer to reinvigorate W Seattle

W Hotels Worldwide announced that, as part of the second wave of renovation projects to reinvigorate its North American portfolio, W Seattle will introduce 423 newly updated guestrooms in 2015.

Envisioned by Krause + Sawyer, the newly designed guestrooms will draw inspiration from the sound associated with the shock waves of a sonic boom, mixed with urban aircraft architecture and indigenous lodges.

The renovation projects of W Hotels Worldwide is a strategy that focuses on enhancing the W portfolio through a $100-million investment of the brand and its ownership groups with updates to public spaces, new bar and restaurant concepts and guestroom updates in markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Mexico City and Washington, D.C.
