KSL Resorts unveils re-designed La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA

KSL Resorts has announced the unveiling of the re-designed La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California after a $50 million makeover.

La Costa re-designed all of its 474 guestrooms and suites, with each room type featuring its own color palette.

La Costa now also features approximately 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces on the 400-acre campus, including the addition of the Meeting Planner Suites. Similarly, a top-to-bottom makeover was done on La Costa’s conference center, which has been renamed The Coastal Events Center. Installed were interactive maps and reader boards, as well as built-in large screen TVs in boardrooms.

The Spa at La Costa was reconfigured, now boasting 28,000 square feet of indoor space. The 15,000-square-foot Spa Courtyard alone features an outdoor pool, a stone path adjacent to the herb garden, and the Spa Café.

Still other renewed facilities include the Salon at La Costa, now a full-service salon; and four redesigned golf course holes on the South Course, along with the all-new 18-hole Champions Course. La Costa also partnered with Park City, Utah-based five-star fitness boot camp Premier Fitness to update the Athletic Club. Also enhanced were the tennis courts and BlueFire Grill, and added were a luxury sports lounge called Diversions and the all-new Champions Club, a private lounge for members only.
