Lato Boutique Hotel in Crete, Greece completes renovation

Lato Boutique Hotel in Heraklion, Crete, Greece completed its three-phase renovation project.

Lato Boutique Hotel’s upgrade included: expansion of the hotel's premises by acquiring the building across the street, adding almost 40 percent to the hotel's capacity; transformation of the entire reconstructed building into a modern boutique room complex; uniting of the main building and the new wing; and the full reconstruction and re- design of all its rooms and restaurants.

Lato Boutique Hotel's rooms have been fully redesigned, and they now have new vinyl floors, tailor made lacquered furniture and new bathrooms.

 

The hotel also fully renovated its two restaurants, Brillant and Herbs' Garden. Brillant operates from October to May, while Herbs' Garden operates from May to October at the rooftop of Lato Boutique Hotel.

Along with the upgrade of its infrastructure, Lato Boutique Hotel also implemented an environmental policy. It now makes use of natural and alternative energy resources, and installed proper management of solid and liquid waste.

Lato Boutique Hotel is located across the harbor of Heraklion city at Crete Island, offering views of the Venetian Fortress. Fully refurbished, the hotel has been operating for 35 years, noted as the leading boutique hotel in Greece.

The property’s facilities include a wellness area, mini-gym and meeting rooms.
