Light intensity: Tivedo task lamp by Luceplan

Introducing the new Tivedo task lamp by Sebastian Bergne for Luceplan. The lamp fuses has an injection-molded technopolymer arm that is connected together by an original two-way pantograph system that allows for a wide range of movement, ensuring the balance and stability of the lamp. The swiveling head, also in technopolymer, is equipped with an intuitive T shaped grip and a LED lighting module that produces twice the usual light intensity, with low energy consumption and a life span approaching 50,000 hours.  Another new feature is the heat sink, which was molded in a thermally conductive plastic instead of aluminum.  The base houses a box that is connected to the cable, containing the switch and dimmer, with the option of including a presence sensor to activate the lamp. Tivedo comes in transparent Total Black, Process Blue and neutral Fumé Medio finishes.

Since May 2010, Luceplan has been part of the Consumer Luminaires Business of Philips Lighting.
