Lighting classics: B.lux’s Classic collection

Designer lighting manufacturer B.lux launched its Classics collection, consisting of revamped versions of its iconic lamps. In these updated versions, B.lux opted for finishes that spotlight the quality of the materials used in their production, and adapted them to new sustainable light sources, such as LEDs.

The Classics collection is made up of the Regina, Bluebird and Olympia lighting programs. Designed by Jorge Pensi in the 1980s, these were the first polished aluminum lamps on the market. Currently, B.lux manufactures them not only in polished aluminum, but also in a new industrial finish. The Bluebird desk lamp, made of aluminum and wood, is now sold in a new natural oak finish.

B.lux has been manufacturing lamps since 1980.
