Lionstone Development plans $5M renovation for Miami Ritz-Carlton

Lionstone Development expanded its hospitality portfolio to include the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. The development company will invest an additional $5 million to renovate the 18-story resort. Plans include adding a new gourmet dining venue, a spa and fitness facilities.

Lionstone Development's spa addition to The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami will include 10 private therapy rooms, a men's and women's sauna and steam room boasting views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and 1,000-square-foot mind body studio, offering ocean views, offering Core Fusion and Yoga classes.

Lionstone Development will complete The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami renovations in partnership with Flag Luxury.
