LWK & Partners, B & H Architects design The Dalat at 1200

Centurion Properties announced the scheduled opening in 2015 of The Dàlat at 1200 Country Club & Private Estate. Located in the South Central Highlands, in the temperate Vietnamese city of Dà Lat, the new luxury destination merges offerings for professional golfers, with experiential living.

The architecture of The Dàlat at 1200 Country Club & Private Estate is by LWK & Partners, while interior design is by B & H Architects.

The development will be completed in phases, with the first 18-hole golf course expected to be ready by 2014. It is jointly owned by Centurion Group and other shareholders. Opening soon is the 21,000-square-foot clubhouse and 250 residential villas.

Post COVID-19: The New Guest Experience

Join Hotel Management’s Elaine Simon for our latest roundtable—Post COVID-19: The New Guest Experience. The experts on the panel will share how to inspire guest confidence that hotels are safe and clean and how to win back guest business.

Named after the location’s altitude at 4,000 feet above sea level, the 1,600-acre mountain site is enveloped by indigenous pine trees and incorporates a 370-acre lake.

The clubhouse exudes space and is as much about function as form. There will be traditional areas, such as locker rooms that will be oversized, created to invite lounging and lingering. Meanwhile, public spaces (complete with accommodation) will be fashioned with the whole family in mind.

The 250 private estate villas, in their first phase, will be styled in harmony with the natural environment and in keeping with local French architectural cues.

The 18-hole championship golf course will be designed by Asian golfing legend Kyi Hla Han, former Asian Tour “Order of Merit” winner.
