As with all Mandarin Oriental Residences, owners of the private homes will be offered an exclusive extension to the luxury hotel experience. The Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok will provide management services for the development, as well as bespoke amenities for individual residents.
The ICONSIAM development consists of multiple buildings. One of the buildings will house the 52-story Residences at Mandarin Oriental, including 146 apartments, ranging in size from 1,421 square feet to 7,427 square feet, all with views of the Chao Phraya River and the city skyline.
Residents will have access to a variety of leisure facilities, including a sky lounge with an extensive library, meeting rooms and dining space. A private Residents Clubhouse with river views will offer an outdoor infinity-edge lap pool, as well as a children’s pool. There will also be a fitness center together with golf simulation, games and media rooms, plus additional dining facilities and car parking.
