Meliá to open Innside by Meliá Hotel in Bandung, Indonesia

Meliá is slated to open in 2017 its thirteenth hotel, which will be under the Innside by Meliá brand. Located in the city of Bandung in Indonesia, the hotel will form part of The MAJ Collections Hotel & Residences developed by The MAJ, a property arm of Ancora Group.

Rising 21 stories above Dago peak, The MAJ Collections Hotel & Residences will have leisure and business facilities, and will occupy one of two twin towers connected by a roof terrace in the area of Dago in the north of Bandung. It will have 233 guestrooms, children’s play areas, gym, swimming pool, restaurant and gardens. The second tower will house residential apartments, alongside an annex building with a car park, ballroom, meeting rooms, heliport and an infinity pool on the roof terrace.

Indonesia is home to most of the company’s properties in the region, with four hotels already open and nine hotels scheduled to open in 2016 and 2017. All over Asia, the company has 30 hotels open or scheduled to open.
