Millennium Hotels enters phase two of renovations for ONE UN New York

Millennium Hotels and Resorts announced the second phase of renovations for ONE UN New York. Along with the $30-million makeover of 154 West Tower rooms and suites in 2012, the total investment will be $70 million once this next phase is completed.

For this phase of the renovations, 285 guestrooms and suites in the East Tower will be transformed. Upon completion in spring 2016, the accommodations – ranging in size from 240 square feet to 510 square feet for the one-bedroom duplex suites – will have new amenities and interiors in bronze and taupe hues.

Additional upgrades include renovations to the hotel's meeting and event space, along with the debut of a new restaurant and bar concept.
