New Ramada Plaza Hartford to receive extensive renovations

The new Ramada Plaza Hartford Downtown Hotel, recently converted from a Crowne Plaza after it was turned over to a receiver, Philadelphia-based GF Management, will now set out on a multi-million dollar improvement project. The hotel was turned over to GF after previous owner CHOA Vision LLC was delinquent on debt service and franchise fees for more than a year.
