Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, Design Duncan Miller Ullmann design Opal Sands Resort

Opal Sands Resort announced that it is on track to open in February 2016 on Clearwater Beach, Florida. The architect is Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, while the interior design firm for the project is Design Duncan Miller Ullmann.

Upon completion, the 15-story Opal Sands Resort - an OPAL Collection hotel - will feature 230 guestrooms and suites, each with private balconies and views of the Gulf of Mexico.

For events, the property will have 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. There will also be a 5,500 square foot lawn for events.

Other amenities will include: zero-entry outdoor pool and sun deck, a full-service spa and fitness center, waterfront dining, a beach bar and fire pits.
