Oakwood expands in India, opens new Bangalore property

Oakwood, part of the Oakwood Worldwide portfolio of brands, introduced a new property in Whitefield, Bangalore with the opening of the Oakwood Residence Prestige Whitefield Bangalore. This property in the “Silicon Valley of India” adds to Oakwood’s existing four properties in India, with three additional properties slated to join the portfolio by 2016.

Led by resident manager Varun Sharma, the 143-unit property overlooks the Varthur Lake and is one of the largest serviced residences in Whitefield. Located in the information technology hub of Bangalore and atop the Forum Value Mall at Whitefield, the property is in the proximity of the International Tech Park Bangalore, international schools, hospitals and a variety of entertainment, dining and shopping options.

Oakwood Residence Prestige Whitefield Bangalore offers the creature comforts of home with the services of a hotel. Guests can choose from a selection of furnished residences, including studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
