One&Only resort announced for 2016 in Seef, Bahrain

Kerzner International Holdings Limited entered into an agreement with Sevens Holding to develop and operate a new One&Only resort in Seef, Bahrain. This new resort is scheduled to begin welcoming guests in 2016.

The hotel has approximately 150 guestrooms and suites, as well as villas and estates, dining and retail options and a One&Only Spa. The resort will be located in Seef, on the northwestern coast of Bahrain, and will have access to a private beachfront. In addition, the resort will have meeting facilities.

One&Only Bahrain will place an emphasis on privacy with a variety of accommodation, including exclusive luxury villas and secluded estates. The resort will showcase Bahrain's history and reflect the local culture.

The resort will also be home to a variety of boutiques and programming for families with children. Guests will also have access to a host of sporting and entertainment facilities on-site. 

One&Only Resorts’ properties include One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives; One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius; One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai; One&Only Ocean Club in The Bahamas, One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico, One&Only Cape Town, South Africa and One&Only The Palm, Dubai.  The newest resort in the collection is One&Only Hayman Island in the heart of The Great Barrier Reef in Australia, which opened in July.

One&Only recently announced plans to develop and operate three new One&Only resorts, in Sanya, Hainan, China; in Montenegro, which will be the first property for the collection in Europe and in the city of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
