Palm Springs’ Del Marcos Hotel has reopened.
Tucked between the San Jacinto Mountains and one block from downtown Palm Springs, the Del Marcos Hotel is a 17-room boutique hotel featuring 11 suites designed by desert architect William F. Cody. Both the hotel’s interiors and exteriors underwent extensive renovations since the beginning of 2011 to restore the original mid-century look of the place. Suites are now with a balcony, and newly remolded bathroom and kitchenette.
The grounds of the Del Marcos Hotel feature a large saltwater swimming pool and lounge area including landscaped desert grounds. Bicycles are also now available for free to all guests.
