ORLANDO — Paramount Hospitality Management released their financial statistics for the first six months of 2011.
The properties have realized a combined increase in RevPAR Index of +49.0 percent, year-over-year, through the first six months of the year; ADR index growth attributed to 26.3 percent of the year-over-year increase for the company’s resorts through the first six months of the year. The properties have achieved a RevPAR Index of 106.2 percent year-to-date combined vs. their competitive sets, which consist of major branded and market-leading hotels.
