The hotel boasts 306 rooms, suites and private villas that feature a separate balcony or terrace, offering views of Saadiyat Beach, the golf club or the hotel gardens.

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas also has four restaurants, and conference and recreational facilities, including the Atarmia Spa, which is spread over two levels, as well as a swimming-pool and a relaxation area.

The property was developed by Abu Dhabi National Hotels.
