PT Duta Anggada Realty, IHG to develop Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada, Indonesia

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and PT Duta Anggada Realty signed an agreement to develop Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada, adding to IHG's growth in Indonesia.

Located in the Jalan Gajah Mada in North Jakarta, the 447-room Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Madah will have both hotel rooms and serviced apartments for guests who want to book extended stays at the hotel. The mixed-use development is opposite the LTC Glodok Mall, near Jakarta's Central Business district, providing easy access to Jakarta International Airport.

Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada is expected to open in 2015.
