Redstone to build 165-suite Embassy Suites in Richland, WA

 Embassy Suites Hotels has announced that Redstone Suites, LLC will build a 165-suite property in the Horn Rapids Golf Community of Richland, Washington. Embassy Suites Richland is planned to be four stories with 10,000 square feet of meeting space. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2012, with architectural and engineering firm Butler, Rosenbury & Partners leading the build. Vesta Hospitality will manage the hotel when it opens in the fall of 2013.

Located on Village Parkway in the Horn Rapids Golf Community, the hotel will be surrounded by three golf courses and sit on a three acre vineyard; and will have a full-service restaurant and wine bar, Bistro. The property will also offer complimentary fitness and business centers.
