Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown renovated

Noble Investment Group has announced the completion of a comprehensive renovation of the Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown. Located in the heart of Cleveland's Historic Gateway neighborhood, the hotel underwent a modern transformation while maintaining the historic charm of the 1800s architecture.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown is located in the 5th Street Arcade on Prospect Avenue, in the middle of 16 million square feet of office space and across from the NuCLEus development. Downtown Cleveland's ascension as a global leader in healthcare, biomedical engineering and technology resulted in substantial new corporate growth throughout the area and led to nearly $5 billion in investments over the past decade. Proximate to the hotel, the Cleveland Clinic is regarded as the best cardiology and heart surgery center in the country and its neighbors include Case Western Reserve University, Case Medical Center and the MetroHealth System.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown is the only upscale, extended-stay and all-suite hotel in downtown Cleveland and offers: 175 suites featuring contemporary and stylish decor, featuring natural light and expansive workspaces; modern kitchens with full-sized refrigerators and stainless steel appliances; complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, plus hard-wired access is available in each guestroom; more than 3,000 square feet of flexible, high-tech meeting/function space; fully-equipped business center and fitness center; re-designed public spaces, including multi-functional spaces for guests to relax and collaborate; and complimentary hot breakfast daily and evening social with complimentary beer and wine select weeknights.
