Sheraton to build property in Sri Lankan capital

Starwood Hotels and Resorts' Sheraton brand is targeting to build on Sri Lankan land that was originally offered to a Chinese firm, according to Reuters. The negotiations have already taken place. Sheraton has been given the land under a 99-year lease.
