Simeone Deary Design Group completes renovation of Hilton Dallas Park Cities

Hilton Dallas Park Cities announced the property’s grand re-opening following a complete, multimillion-dollar renovation. The renovation is part of a three-year, $3-billion plan of property renovations currently underway across the global portfolio of Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

The hotel began renovations in June of 2012, under new owner Apple REIT Nine. The Simeone Deary Design Group created the new ambience throughout the hotel and restaurant.

According to Justin Knight, president, Apple REIT Nine: "The history and prestigious location of this hotel made this project incredibly important to us and we are thrilled with the outcome. We feel the atmosphere of the newly renovated hotel accurately reflects the elegance of the Park Cities while providing our guests an array of innovative, comfortable and luxurious amenities."

Updates include enhancements to the hotel's landscaping and exterior, a redesigned open lobby and bar, rooftop salt-water swimming pool and fitness center, a revamped 4,000-square-foot ballroom and major updates to superior guestrooms.

The hotel also features a brand new farm-to-table restaurant, Grain, which opened in October. The completely redesigned restaurant exclusively features seasonal, natural ingredients sourced from the State of Texas to offer a varied menu including steaks and seafood.
