Sleek seat: Kite by Swedese

Introducing the Kite chair by Swedese, The chair's design has a sleek and comfortable seat inspired by the wing of an airplane. Created by Swedish designers Broberg & Ridderstråle, the Kite armchair’s design is comprised of a black or light grey net stretched over a steel frame that sits on a recycled aluminum swivel base. The design can be upgraded with armrests, a neck cushion and an upholstered seat and back.

Founded in 1945 by  brothers Yngve and Jerker Ekström and Sven Bertil Sjöqvist, manufacturer Swedese’s designers include Alvar Aalto, Bruno Mathsson, Arne Jacobsen and Poul Kjaerholm.
