Soravia Group constructing Radisson Blu in Belgrade

The Rezidor Hotel Group has announced that the Radisson Blu Hotel, Belgrade, a property featuring 236 rooms and is already under construction, will welcome its first guests in Q4 2013. It is Rezidor’s very first hotel in Serbia.

Austrian real estate developer Soravia Group, in cooperation with Erste Bank Group and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), is undertaking the development of the hotel and an additional office tower of 42,000 square feet being built in the adjacent area.

Besides 236 rooms, the property will comprise a restaurant and bar, 6,400 square feet of meeting space, a wellness area, and parking facilities.

Rezidor is now present in 64 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The group features a portfolio of more than 415 hotels in operation and under development ,with 90,000 rooms in over 60 countries.
