St. Regis Bangkok Opens in Thailand

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. has debuted of the first St. Regis hotel in Thailand: The St. Regis Bangkok.

The new hotel, developed by Rajadamri Lodging Limited, an affiliate of Minor International Public Company Limited, is expected to set a “new standard of refined service and timeless sophistication for the region.”

The St. Regis Bangkok, 47 storeys high, was designed by Brennan Beer Gorman Architects (BBG-BBGM) featuring 227 guestrooms, including 51 suites, and 53 residences with luxury amenities.

The hotel will also be the first hotel in Bangkok to offer the Elemis Spa and ZUMA restaurant in Thailand.

The St. Regis Bangkok offers a range of dining venues, including: Viu, the international grill restaurant; JoJo, an Italian dining venue; Decanter, which features an extensive wine cellar; The Drawing Room, hich offers the tradition of Afternoon Tea; and alfresco diner Pool Bar. The St. Regis Bangkok will also feature the first ZUMA restaurant in Thailand this July.

Also offered is the Astor Ballroom, which offers 16,305 square feet of adaptable meeting space at the 14th floor of the property.
