Starwood Hotels expands in Thailand, debuts Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide announced that its Sheraton brand expanded its footprint in Thailand with the opening of Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas in Prachuap Khirikhan, a province known for its sandy coastline and resort towns of Hua Hin and Pranburi. The converted and rebranded 55-villa property is owned by Honor Business Company Limited, a Bangkok-based property development firm that also owns the 240-room Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa.

Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas is the newest addition to Starwood’s portfolio of 21 properties in Thailand under eight of its brands: St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, Sheraton, Westin, Le Méridien, Aloft and Four Points by Sheraton. Sheraton currently operates four hotels in the Thai kingdom, including Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort, and Sheraton Pattaya Resort.

Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas has a beachfront location south of Hua Hin, a luxury resort destination. In recent years, Hua Hin has become a weekend destination and holiday home community for Bangkok residents and expatriates.
