Starwood re-signs LodgeNet as preferred provider

LodgeNet was first named a preferred provider for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2002, and currently serves 460 Starwood properties.

LodgeNet Interactive Corporation signed a new multi-year agreement with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

The agreement grants LodgeNet preferred provider status for its offerings to Starwood Hotels for Envision, LodgeNet’s interactive TV platform, free-to-guest television programming, professional customization and technical services.

Starwood is also working on approving various new Envision applications as options across a number of its brands as apps are developed and evolve. The two companies are also looking to expand further into the professional solutions and broadband areas.
