Stephanie Lelievre designs Curio Collection’s first French property

The Curio Collection by Hilton has opened its first property in France. Designed by Stephanie Lelievre, the Grand Hotel Des Sablettes Plage in the Provence Alps Cote d’Azur is housed within a restored 19th-century structure located above the beaches of Les Sablettes in the coastal city of la Seyna sur Mer.

The property has 75 refurbished guestrooms and suites, including the 2,153-square-foot presidential suite. Design-wise, the interiors feature a mix of modern and classic décor influenced by the history of the building. All accommodations have an espresso machine, open bathroom and a spyglass to give guests ocean views. There is also a leather travel chest for the in-room minibar.

For dining, the Grand Hotel Des Sablettes Plage has three onsite eateries, including the indoor-outdoor venue La Galerie, al fresco concept Le Navigateur, and gastronomics-inspired Horizon.

Other amenities include the Spa des Sablettes by Nuxe, which has indoor and outdoor pools, Hammam, sauna, whirlpool, terrace and fitness center.

For events, the property has a ballroom that can accommodate over 350 guests, as well as three meeting spaces for 600 people.
